First Thursday of Each Month: Demonstration and Meeting
DK's regular meetings are scheduled for the first Thursday of each month from September through June, with no meeting in July or August. Sessions feature demonstrations by visiting artists, and are free and open to the public. Doors open at 6 PM and a brief business meeting begins promptly at 6:30, followed by a live demonstration by an artist in the media of their choice. The meeting is usually finished by 8:15 pm.
We meet at the Gillespie County Historical Society on 312 W. San Antonio Street, Fredericksburg, TX 78624.

Second Tuesday of Each Month: Art Critique
Join us for a chance to share your art at the Golden Hub at 1:00 pm every second Tuesday. Encouraging and helpful critique of each other's artwork is a wonderful way to learn from each other and to see things from another point of view!
Third Tuesday of Each Month: Figure Drawing
Join us for figure drawing at the Golden Hub at 1:30 pm every third Tuesday. Bring large sketch pads and your favorite drawing tools to practice your figure drawing skills by sketching from a live, clothed model in a variety of poses! There is a $10 model fee each week. Bonnie Woods and Chris Reese are the facilitators.

No live demonstrations in November, December or January
Live demonstrations will resume in February following setup for the Fall Show and Sale in November, our Christmas party in December and the annual meeting in January.
